My Experience
I specialize in supporting clients through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, workplace stress, and major life transitions. My professional background spans multiple settings, including acute inpatient mental health treatment, individual and group therapy in outpatient community mental health, and medical case management focused on addressing social determinants of health.

My Approach
I believe in meeting you exactly where you are and walking alongside you throughout your therapeutic journey. You are the expert of your own life, and I provide a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for you to process your thoughts and feelings. My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. As a trauma-informed practitioner, I am currently pursuing additional training in EMDR to better serve my clients.

My Philosophy
Life’s stressors can feel like immovable mountains, leaving us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or hopeless. I find great fulfillment in helping clients navigate around these obstacles and develop new coping strategies to overcome the barriers holding them back. Most importantly, I want you to know that you don’t have to face these challenges alone.

Personal
When I’m not in the office, I cherish time with my husband and two daughters. Our family enjoys camping, river outings, working on puzzles together, and both watching and playing basketball.
